A UX-Led Path to a Risk-Reduced MVP

Yoga & Socks started with the idea to build a digital space where yoga wasn’t treated like just another fitness trend, but honored as a holistic lifestyle. The startup brought me in to lead the UX process from scratch: we kicked off with user interviews and competitor analysis to validate the concept, mapped out user journeys, prioritized features, and built early prototypes. Through usability testing and iterative design, we shaped an MVP minimizing risk before jumping into implementation.
